EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS
Healing Hearts Carroll offers individualized workshops for groups looking to expand their mental health knowledge. Workshops can be customized to fit your particular group’s needs. Each workshop involves education, educational material and an interactive experience. Here are some topics you could consider :
- Mental Health 101
- Mindfulness/Meditation
- Depression &/or Anxiety Coping Skills
- Healthy Relationships
- Psychoeducation about mental health diagnosis and ways to be supportive
