Hypnosis Services
Healing Hearts Carroll offers hypnosis services to both individuals and groups. If you are seeking individual therapy services ask your provider if they can incorporate hypnosis into your regular therapy session as indicated. However, sometimes full therapy services are not needed or wanted and hypnosis can assist your individual or group needs in other ways.
Individual
- Test Anxiety
- Confidence Building
- Changing unhelpful internal dialogue to more helpful dialogue
- Reducing internal blocks to progress
- Performance Enhancement; sports, performing arts, etc.
Group
- Educate your group on healthier internal narratives and ways to change them
- Help your group prepare for an upcoming test, sports events, performing arts, etc.
- Help instill emotional regulation skills
These services can be tailored to your individual or group need. It can be a full hour to 90 interactive educational experience incorporating hypnosis and tapping into the subconscious. Alternatively, you could be seeking just a 30 minute hypnosis session based on a specific need.
Prices range from $100-500 depending on time requested, number of participants, if provided at your location as opposed to in office (can be extra charge if extended travel is involved), etc.
